Connecivity map<\/a>cmap is a gene expression profiling database, which was constructed by an elite team led by Todd Golub and Eric Lander, with many outstanding researchers from Harvard, Cambridge and MIT, to utilize the differences in gene expression after small molecule drugs are treated on human cells, and to establish a biological application database on the correlation between small molecule drugs, gene expression and diseases.
