Upgrade rules<\/h3>\n
Microsoft will increase the default storage in OneDrive to a maximum of 25 TB per user if the user is already using at least 90% capacity of 5 TB of storage (administrators can set a lower per-user storage limit if needed).<\/p>\n
For any user with at least 90% who is already using 25 TB of OneDrive storage, 25 TB of SharePoint Team Sites will be allocated to the individual user as additional cloud storage. This additional storage space is provided to the organization as a credit.<\/p>\n
How to apply<\/h3>\n

<\/code>Tip: The following application operations all need to be operated by the global administrator, if the demand is large, you can also upgrade your other accounts to 25T as well.

Finally, wait for a day, the success email will be sent to you, and then at this point you follow the method given in the email to upgrade yourself to the25T<\/code>The<\/p>\n

Upgrade method<\/h2>\n
