What is MYBCCC?

MYBCCC is the portal that allows easy and convenient access to applications that students use frequently through the SSO process. Includes student email, canvas, and Panther portals.

Where can I find the MYBCCC?

MYBCCC is located on the home page of the BCCC website - bccc.edu When using a university computer, students will automatically be logged into the MYBCCO portal when they enter their network ID and password. To access off-campus, students must click on MYBCCC on the BCCC homepage and enter their network ID and password.

What if a student loses?

Students may press "Reset Password/Self Service"Reset Password.

What if the BCCC network goes down?

SSO is a cloud service. If there is a network outage, the canvas and student email will not be affected as long as the student has access to the internet. The other portal is hosted on a BCCC server. If there is a BCCC network outage, it may affect access to the Panther Portal or delay information updates.

What happens if a student's account is locked?

Students should wait 30 minutes before they can log back in and reset their password.
