Delaware Technical, known as Delaware Technical Community College, was founded in 1966 as a small (under 10,000) public community/vocational/postsecondary college.

② Applying for Github student packages requires uploading images and manual review, which I passed anyway.

Application process: all the way to fill out the information - submitted will tell you within an hour will send an e-mail to you to activate the account (I was 10 minutes to receive) - according to the address of the mail to activate the account (need to verify out)Birth year, month and day, hang the ladder).
